BRC Food Certification
On the 4th of August 2010 the management system according to “The Global Standard For Food Safety Issue 5: January 2008”, better known as BRC, was approved.
NOP Certification
On 22 September 2010, the LA VALLE bio products have received the NOP certification, according to the USDA Natural Organic Program, Final Rule 7 CFR Part 205.

At the end of 2015, the Alfonso Sellitto S.p.A. has been recognised as the official supplier of Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.

Again in 2015 the LA VALLE products have been recognised as HALAL by HIA

Since January 2001 the company has been aknowledged with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification, updated in the version UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
